Seeking an experienced OpenText Documentum Lead to oversee the design, development, administration, support, and modernization of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. This role involves leading technical teams, managing Documentum implementations and migrations, and driving digital content transformation initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of OpenText Documentum-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Documentum architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Design and develop Documentum applications using DFC, D2, xCP, REST Services, DFS, TBOs/SBOs, and workflow technologies.
Manage Documentum platform administration activities, including Content Server, xPlore, D2, CTS, and application integrations.
Lead document migration, repository consolidation, upgrade, and modernization initiatives across Documentum environments.
Design and optimize metadata models, document lifecycles, workflows, security models, retention policies, and content governance frameworks.
Integrate Documentum with enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, AI platforms, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems using APIs and microservices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues related to performance, search, indexing, security, workflows, and content lifecycle management.

Krav

8-15+ years of ECM experience.
5+ years of hands-on OpenText Documentum experience.
Experience leading support, implementation, or migration projects.
Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
