Als Projekt- und Vertragsmanager sind Sie für die kommerzielle und vertragliche Führung zur Unterstützung der Projektlieferung und Rentabilität verantwortlich. Sie leiten Verhandlungen mit Kunden und wichtigsten Stakeholdern, um Ansprüche, Änderungen und Vergleiche zu erfüllen und das kommerzielle Gleichgewicht des Projekts zu verwalten.

Ansvarsområden

Providing strategic commercial and contractual leadership to support project delivery and profitability
Identifying, managing and mitigating contractual risks while maximising commercial opportunities
Leading negotiations with customers and key stakeholders on complex claims, variations and settlements
Acting as Alstom's commercial representative in customer-facing discussions and governance forums
Partnering with legal, project and operational teams to develop pragmatic commercial solutions
Coaching and supporting contract management team members while promoting best practice across the project

Krav

Extensive experience in contract, commercial or claims management within major infrastructure, rail, transport, engineering or construction environments
Degree-qualified in Law, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships with customers and project leadership teams
Demonstrated success leading commercial negotiations, claims resolution and risk management activities
Strong commercial judgement combined with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams
