Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager for Global Catalog Operations to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives. Ansvarsområden

  • Drive projects and programs requiring collaboration across internal & external teams to ensure dependent deliverables are achieved.
  • Convey updates on issues, operational status, and business drivers throughout the activity cycle and during reviews.
  • Write effective documents to highlight customer pain points, opportunity size, data insights, and recommendations for executive decision making.
  • Proactively monitor, identify, and prevent potential issues.
  • Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.

Krav

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
