Responsibilities
- Drive projects and programs requiring collaboration across internal & external teams to ensure dependent deliverables are achieved.
- Convey updates on issues, operational status, and business drivers throughout the activity cycle and during reviews.
- Write effective documents to highlight customer pain points, opportunity size, data insights, and recommendations for executive decision making.
- Proactively monitor, identify, and prevent potential issues.
- Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
- Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency.
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
