Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to enhance the delivery experience in India. Ansvarsområden
- Identify, scope, and deliver large end-to-end programs.
- Engage with experienced cross-disciplinary teams to design innovative customer-facing initiatives.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints.
- Break down significantly complex projects into manageable pieces and deliver them successfully.
- Analyze large amounts of data to drive and influence discussions.
- Leverage existing data generated by other BIEs and be self-sufficient when data is not readily available.
- Identify trends, concerns, and opportunities by analyzing key input/output metrics.
- Track progress on goals and identify opportunities to further enhance customer experience.
- Communicate status, progress, concerns, and help required to senior leadership.
- Drive improvements through strong communication, identifying data patterns, analyzing datasets, and influencing stakeholders.
Krav
- 7+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
- Nifty with Excel (Power Pivot) and using data to drive/influence discussions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous programs.
- Influence without authority.
- High bias for action.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Proficiency with AI tools for rapid data analysis and insight generation.
- Proven ability to drive product adoption across large, distributed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
