Qualcomm is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Hyderabad, India, to lead software program management for APSS Linux Android, CPU SS & Multimedia Technologies. This role involves managing the planning, development, and delivery of software for Qualcomm Snapdragon products, collaborating across various technology areas, and driving execution with a focus on technical understanding and risk management.

Ansvarsområden

Manage planning, development, and delivery of software across multiple technology areas and product segments for Qualcomm Snapdragon.
Collaborate with impacting technology areas such as BSP, Modem, Connectivity & Multimedia.
Drive requirements scoping, analysis, and planning, including interdependencies, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization.
Establish Plan of Record commitments and drive prioritization.
Establish rigorous execution discipline and communication processes, including risk management, mitigation, tracking, and executive reporting.
Develop program indicators to manage program health, quality, and timelines.
Partner with other functional areas to establish critical processes for disciplined product development and decision making.
Develop and establish strong processes that streamline the development cycle and integrate multiple plans, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.

Krav

Experience and domain knowledge of Wireless/Semiconductors is a must.
15-18 years of experience in a combination of Software product development and program management in semiconductor/wireless industry.
Experience with end-to-end product integration.
Experience managing software products through the entire development life cycle.
Experience in 3rd party OS SW Program Management/development.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Business Administration (preferred).
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).
