Do you enjoy helping users get SAP access right the first time and turning complex rules into clear guidance?
In this role, you will support end users across the organisation by guiding them through SAP GRC access processes and ensuring compliant, well‑governed access across our SAP landscape.
You will join a small, collaborative SAP IAM team, working closely with business role owners, auditors, and IT colleagues to keep access management simple, transparent, and compliant.
How you will make an impact
In this role, you will play an important operational role in SAP access governance, supporting users, maintaining data quality, and ensuring day‑to‑day access processes run smoothly and within agreed SLAs.
You will be part of the SAP IAM team within IT and work closely with business stakeholders across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Supporting end users with SAP GRC access requests and related questions
- Managing user provisioning, role assignments, and SoD‑related guidance
- Handling daily operational tickets and monitoring the GRC workflow and group mailbox
- Supporting Emergency Access Management (Firefighter) and audit-related access reviews
- Maintaining clear, user‑friendly documentation and building strong relationships with role owners

You bring
- 2–3 years of experience working with SAP GRC, including user access management, roles, and SoD
- Confidence in supporting users and explaining access concepts in a clear, practical way
- The ability to prioritise tasks and keep work moving in a ticket‑driven environment
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with access data and governance rules
- Clear and confident communication skills in spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Experience from an operational IT or IAM environment
- ITIL certification
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
