Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure daily deliverables are completed on time and meet accuracy standards as per SLA.
  • Participate in SLA creation, renewal, and sign-off.
  • Forecast monthly rolling revenue and ensure targets are met.
  • Manage costs efficiently within budgets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage attrition rates within targets.
  • Promote employee development through training and professional growth.
  • Align team goals with organizational objectives and manage initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk controls, and oversee transitions for new acquisitions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the voice process domain.
