Senior Oracle Administrator required to support AWS RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and OCI Exadata Cloud@Customer environments. Responsibilities include routine DBA activities, performance monitoring, backup/recovery, patching, upgrades, and incident management within a managed services model.

Ansvarsområden

Provide L2 database support for AWS RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and OCI Exadata Cloud@Customer environments.
Perform routine DBA activities as per runbooks and SOPs.
Monitor database performance, availability, and health.
Assist in backup, recovery, and restore activities.
Execute patching, upgrades, and maintenance jobs.
Support database cloning, refresh, and indexing.
Monitor database space utilization and logs.
Handle incident, service request, and change tickets.
Assist in replication and DR monitoring.
Perform user account and access management.
Maintain documentation and runbooks.

Krav

4–7 years in Database Administration / Support.
AWS RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Basic OCI Exadata Cloud@Customer understanding.
Database monitoring & health checks.
SQL fundamentals.
Backup & recovery basics.
Linux fundamentals.
Basic scripting (Shell/Python).
ServiceNow ITSM.
Exposure to AWS/OCI cloud environments.
