Ansvarsområden

Lead customer quality agreements, quality business reviews, complaints management and coordination of customer audits.
Lead the Business Quality Management Team and represent Arla Foods Ingredients in global technical forums and industry working groups.
Advise commercial and operational leadership teams on food safety and quality risks.
Drive strategic initiatives and projects, influencing investment decisions and ensuring effective completion.
Support deploying strategic QEHS initiatives and lead crisis management for quality incidents affecting customers.
Act as the senior Food Safety and Quality representative to key customers, translating their requirements into business actions.

Krav

Relevant science or technical degree at master’s level, or equivalent competencies.
At least five years of experience in quality, food safety and/or manufacturing within an international company.
Experience leading and engaging a skilled team.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels.
Strong analytical capabilities combined with sound business understanding.
Ability to turn complex information into clear decision proposals.
Fluent communication in English, with ability to adapt communication effectively to different audiences.
Strong relationship-building skills, ability to navigate complexity and create progress through collaboration.
Curiosity, independence, and a focus on people and value creation.
