As a Senior Manager for FaaS Solutions in FinOps, you will bridge market demands with scalable products by collaborating with sales, development, and cross-functional teams. This role involves identifying market needs, designing service offerings, and developing go-to-market strategies to drive value for clients.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct structured engagements to identify pain points and unmet needs in fulfillment workflows.
Synthesize customer and internal feedback to prioritize opportunity areas.
Translate stakeholder insights into structured problem statements and service hypotheses for the FaaS product roadmap.
Serve as a trusted advisor to sellers and vendors.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Delivery, and Sales for solution alignment.
Present business cases, findings, and solution frameworks to senior leadership.
Lead prospect discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Transform qualitative feedback into repeatable service offerings, workflows, and value propositions.
Evaluate third-party products and custom-build options for suitability.
Define scope of work, SLAs, staffing models, and technology requirements for new service offerings.
Develop commercial structures to demonstrate measurable ROI for clients.

Krav

12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (BPO) solution design.
Demonstrated domain expertise in e-commerce, logistics, marketplace operations, or vendor management ecosystems.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to identify root-cause problems.
Analytical capability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
Direct experience with seller/vendor ecosystems, marketplace platforms, or fulfillment and logistics services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Post Graduate in Finance/Accounts or professional qualification (CA, CS, CWA).

Önskade kvalifikationer

8+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members experience.
MBA, or CPA.
Experience with ML platforms such as Amazon SageMaker, Vertex AI, or equivalent.
Familiarity with process mining tools and intelligent automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Understanding of responsible AI frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act).
