We are seeking a Senior Manager to advise C-level leaders on agentic commerce strategies and guide them in translating choices into actionable transformation agendas. The role requires deep expertise in digital commerce, commerce technology, and a strong track record in selling and leading complex engagements.

Ansvarsområden

Advise C-level commercial and digital leaders on agentic commerce.
Shape commerce strategies, operating models, capabilities, roadmaps, and business cases.
Ground advice in commerce technology, collaborating with architects and engineers.
Create opportunities from advisory relationships and originate/sell work across the Nordics.
Lead engagements and develop advisory offerings and consultants.

Krav

10+ years in digital commerce, including advising senior leaders on commerce strategy and technology-enabled business transformation.
Strong track record of structuring ambiguous C-level challenges into clear choices, recommendations, business cases, and actionable transformation roadmaps.
Track record of selling work that was subsequently delivered.
Strong understanding of commerce technology, including platforms, product data, search, pricing, APIs, integrations, payments, and emerging AI agents.
Credibility with business and technology teams.
Genuine curiosity about emerging technology.
Experience leading cross-functional engagements from advisory through implementation.
Fluent English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Dutch or a Nordic language is a strong plus.
