The Senior HRBP in Delhi NCR will implement HR plans to achieve business goals, handle high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance, and foster a cooperative atmosphere. This role focuses on policy implementation, employee experience, talent development, and data-driven HR initiatives, partnering with leaders to drive strategies and ensure organizational health.

Ansvarsområden

Implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives.
Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and compliance with laws and regulations.
Prioritize employee experience, addressing safety, pay, and scheduling concerns.
Participate in talent development and talent management processes with business leadership.
Use data and metrics to identify trends and implement action plans focused on employee experience and organizational health.
Set culture and talent goals with business leaders and champion change for a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
Manage onboarding and partner with the recruitment team in hiring associates.
Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
Implement new policies, procedures, and programs.
Act as the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner in conducting investigations.
Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, including analyzing exit interviews and preparing dashboards.
Drive engagement initiatives such as new hire buddy/mentoring programs, Voice of Employee, Round tables, Brown Bag sessions, and R&Rs.
Partner with HRBPs to drive career pathing sessions/initiatives.
Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment.
Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
Ensure statutory compliance.

Krav

5+ years of human resources leadership experience
Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree

Experience supporting hourly employee client groups (warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
