Ansvarsområden
- Provide on-site technical support through a variety of related functions such as delivering hands-on instruction to customer personnel, developing and refining maintenance procedures, and performing quality control testing and product commissioning
- Lead and coordinate field activities by guiding customer personnel through the installation, modification, and repair of control systems, subsystems, and related equipment
- Serve as a key technical resource and trusted partner to customers, offering engineering expertise and acting as a liaison with internal teams to resolve system and equipment-related challenges
- Document service activities clearly and accurately, including detailed reporting on issues encountered, root causes identified, and work performed to support continuous improvement and system reliability
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a similar technical educational curriculum, or relevant experience in lieu of education
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience working in the water/wastewater industry
- Be able to travel up to 20% of the time
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
