Ansvarsområden

Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
Set clear expectations for individuals, provide feedback, coaching, and conduct regular performance discussions.
Develop and evolve long-term technical goals and roadmaps, influencing agentic buying initiatives.
Oversee system designs, review product/system development code, and collaborate on architecting agentic interfaces.
Manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, overseeing large product budgets and large-scale project deployments.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
7 years of experience with full stack development (backend: Java, Python, GO, or C++; frontend: JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent).
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Experience in AI Platforms or Generative AI (GenAI) agents and large-scale distributed systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience in either of the following: Napa, Qubos, Spanner, F1, Resource Management.
