Autoliv India seeks a Senior Engineer – Program Management in Bangalore to lead customer-focused automotive safety programs from award to launch. This role involves developing project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, aligning with Autoliv's mission to save more lives.

Ansvarsområden

Lead projects from initiation through successful completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and Sales.
Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation management activities.
Drive customer communication and ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Track project financial performance including revenue, costs, profitability, and EBIT targets.
Manage project scope changes and assess impacts on timing, quality, and cost.
Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
Ensure successful product launches (SOP) and achievement of project KPIs.

Krav

5-6 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in Project Management and Change Management.
Experience working with Indian and global OEMs is an added advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and 8D quality methodologies.
Project planning, budgeting, and cost tracking.
Risk management and mitigation.
Supplier development process knowledge.
MS Office, MS Project, and project management tools.
Program governance and stakeholder management.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Customer-focused and results-oriented.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Önskade kvalifikationer

PMP Certification is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi will be beneficial.
