Senior Engineer with L1 support experience on Windows/Unix Servers, AD, and Network Devices required for Noida. Responsibilities include ticket resolution, root cause analysis, and ensuring positive customer experience in a 24/7 environment.

Ansvarsområden

Provide support for on call escalations and perform root cause analysis of issues.
Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Engage in value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update and management, training freshers, and coaching analysts.
Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.

Krav

L1 support experience on Windows/Unix Servers, AD exp. mandatory, Network Devices.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Fundamental knowledge of Networks.
Excellent Verbal, Email communication skills.
Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS Netbackup and Backup Exec.
Willingness to work in 24 7 environment.
Work experience with any alert monitoring tool e.g.: Net cool, BMC Patrol, NNM, HP OVO, Tivoli, Moogsoft etc.
Work experience with Incident, Problem, Change lifecycle process.
Work experience with any ITSM tool e.g.: Remedy, Peregrine, SNOW etc.
Work experience with Backup monitoring tools like Networker.
Experience generating Reports through Dashboard, Remedy, SNOW etc.
