The Sr Engineer for Support & Operations will maintain and enhance Microsoft VDI and Remote Desktop Services, focusing on troubleshooting, client support, and code delivery. This role involves resolving tickets, creating documentation, and providing technical guidance to junior developers.

Ansvarsområden

Maintain and troubleshoot existing Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH environments.
Resolve bugs and support enhancements based on client and business requirements.
Provide client support by monitoring service requests and resolving tickets.
Ensure timely communication of updates and adherence to quality standards.
Create and maintain documentation for enhancements and compliance with CMMI standards.
Offer technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Krav

Proficient in Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH with a strong understanding of related technologies.
Familiarity with Touch Services and Video/Telepresence tools.
Basic knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
