LEWA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Dalian, China to provide electrical technical support and after-sales services for their products. Responsibilities include technical consultation, on-site service, project coordination, and continuous improvement of technical solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Provide electrical technical support and after-sales services for company products.
Support customers and sales team with product selection, quotations, and on-site technical solutions.
Complete electrical selection of products and systems according to customer requirements.
Prepare technical quotations and related technical documentation.
Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support for customers.
Analyze root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
Organize customer technical training.
Coordinate resources among customers, sales team, and internal departments.
Summarize field technical experience and develop standardized technical solutions.
Establish and maintain technical case databases and training materials.

Krav

8 years of experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
English proficiency for daily working language and cross-regional technical communication.
Experience in technical support, field service, or after-sales service for fluid equipment, pump systems, industrial automation, process control equipment, automation systems, or electromechanical products.
Experience in customer site service and fault analysis.
Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in electrical engineering.
Familiar with electrical control systems, automation systems, and industrial applications.
Familiar with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and related industrial control products.
Knowledge and experience in explosion-proof systems.
Strong understanding of motor principles and motor selection.
Strong capability in electrical system troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Able to independently complete product selection, technical solution development, and quotation support.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong learning ability and self-motivation.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
