Vattenfall is looking for a Senior Development Manager Transport & Installation Engineering to join their Offshore Wind projects. This role involves leading T&I concepts, managing CAPEX budgets, and contributing to technical and commercial development from early stages to handover, based in Kolding, Amsterdam, or Hamburg.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead and drive Transport and Installation concepts for offshore wind projects in their development stage.
- Create suitable T&I set-ups, including CAPEX budgets and documentation for development projects (TG0 to TG2).
- Lead building block development and maintenance for future potentials with an automated approach.
- Discuss new methodologies with suppliers to facilitate Vattenfall's offshore wind project pipeline.
- Act as a key interface for the Transportation & Installation Engineering department towards stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment, supporting the resolution of technical and resource issues.
- Support Installation Engineers in execution, O&M, or decommissioning projects with expertise on methodologies, lessons learned, and concepts.
Krav
- Engineering degree.
- Experience in offshore Transport and Installation, preferably multiple disciplines (Foundation, Cables, WTGs, Hydrogen).
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience.
- Experience gained in highly regulated industries (e.g., offshore, renewables, oil and gas, or chemical industry).
- Experience with offshore wind Transport and Installation methodologies focusing on transmission scope.
- Experience with execution of Transport and Installation projects for TSOs or similar (setting targets, development planning, quantifying risks and impact on budget).
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to resolve detail issues and convey complex technical matters and risk costing coherently.
- Positive mindset with strong self-motivation and resilience.
- Flexible and proactive approach to find solutions.
- Comfortable managing several tasks to often challenging deadlines.

Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge about offshore installation vessels, installation tools and methodologies and relevant offshore codes and standards is of advantage.
- Experience at an offshore Installation Contractor is highly appreciated.
- Experience in Substation and Cable Installation projects with strong focus on technology is a key asset for this position.
