  • Maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide support for enhancements and new developments based on business/client requirements.
  • Offer client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution, and day-to-day support activities.
  • Monitor client requirements and track schedules for on-time delivery.
  • Perform activities related to enhancement and creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Interact with customers and internal teams to gather requirements for development.

Krav

  • Senior Developer experience.
  • Ability to develop and deliver code in accordance with time, quality, and cost standards.
  • Proficiency in maintaining existing features and troubleshooting bugs.
  • Experience in providing client support and managing day-to-day support activities.
  • Skills in requirement gathering from customers and internal teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with clients across major verticals like Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Technology and Services, Telecom and Media, Retail and CPG, and Public Services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMMi documentation standards.
