- Perform activities related to enhancement and creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Interact with customers and internal teams to gather requirements for development.
Requirements
- Senior Developer experience.
- Ability to develop and deliver code in accordance with time, quality, and cost standards.
- Proficiency in maintaining existing features and troubleshooting bugs.
- Experience in providing client support and managing day-to-day support activities.
- Skills in requirement gathering from customers and internal teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with clients across major verticals like Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Technology and Services, Telecom and Media, Retail and CPG, and Public Services is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMi documentation standards.
