Ansvarsområden
- Provide IT support for secure access workstations (SAWs) laptops, servers, and conference room Audio/Visual (A/V).
- Maintain inventory of spare devices and ensure the installation of the latest updates and operating systems.
- Support onboarding of new PCs and laptops.
- Ensure SAW devices are healthy and meet Security's compliance standard.
- Perform BIOS setting changes upon receiving confidential information.
- Manage SAW inventory, including ordering, receiving, assigning/re-assigning, and decommissioning devices.
- Provide guidance to users for common SAW repair issues and escalate complex issues.
- Perform Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for SAWs damaged within the first 30 days of receipt.
- Perform Senior Data Center Technician-level support, including power cycles, component swaps, storage media handling, and troubleshooting.
- Install cables, perform hardware rack/stack installations, testing, and troubleshooting using standard data center processes.
- Support the deployment of on-site DC physical infrastructure, including Servers, NetDevices, SANs, and Windows Server OS.
- Assist the Data Center Inventory and Asset Management Team with shipping/receiving and inventory management.
- Embody Microsoft's culture and values.
Krav
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, or equivalent work experience.
- Applicable certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications.
- Willingness in operating heavy-load movement equipment (pallet jacks, chassis lifts, etc.).
- Perform and execute organization’s safety programs and policies, and compliance knowledge.
- Valid driving licence (preferred).
Förmåner
- Typical base pay range for this role across France is €46,900.00 - €68,200.00 per year.
