We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter to provide guidance on implementation and optimization. This role involves client collaboration, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support for insurance clients.

Ansvarsområden

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for policy center and claim center implementations.
  • Configure policy center and claim center modules based on specific client needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance for policy center and claim center systems.
  • Train end-users on the functionality and best practices of policy center and claim center modules.
  • Offer post-implementation support and maintenance services.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter platforms.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes and workflows.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter modules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Guidewire systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills for timely delivery and successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Guidewire certification in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter is preferred.
