Responsibilities

- Train end-users on the functionality and best practices of policy center and claim center modules.
- Offer post-implementation support and maintenance services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter platforms.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes and workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Guidewire systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills for timely delivery and successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.
Desired Qualifications
- Guidewire certification in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter is preferred.
