I korthet

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Panama City to lead telecommunications deployment projects. This full-time, hybrid role involves managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

Lead end-to-end execution of telecommunications deployment and construction activities.
Act as the primary customer-facing operational lead for assigned projects and sites.
Coordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Drive project performance across schedule, quality, budget, and operational objectives.
Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
Oversee planning, site readiness assessments, construction activities, supplier performance, and rollout execution.
Ensure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance throughout implementation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through KPI management.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operations, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in telecommunications deployment, implementation, construction, or network operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale deployment or implementation projects.
Strong customer-facing experience and ability to manage executive and operational stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive accountability and ownership.
Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party partners.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of project planning, workforce management, financial management, and KPI tracking.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.
