Ericsson is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager in Taiwan to drive profitable business for their Customer Units. This role involves partnering with Core 3+ teams and Local Commercial Management to develop and implement commercial strategies, sophisticated business models, and techno-commercial solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Negotiate with Core 3+ and BAs to define commercial proposal strategies and align business decisions.
  • Participate in customer-facing sales engagements.
  • Drive end-to-end techno-commercial solutions, pricing, and contract management.
  • Optimize profitability and working capital.
  • Support new commercial models for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with global sales processes.
  • Evaluate the impact of T&Cs on proposals with guidance from Legal Counsel and Contract Managers.
  • Share best practices within the Market Area Commercial Management Community.
  • Maintain a growth mindset and adapt to Ericsson's core values.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years in customer-interfacing roles (e.g., Account, Project, or Commercial Management).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, market trends, and Ericsson’s Solutions & Offerings.
  • Skills in commercial planning, profitability analysis, risk management.
  • Understanding the business impact of financial/contractual T&Cs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and consultative communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
