HCLTech is seeking a Senior Business Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of experience in T24 platforms, providing solutioning expertise to the development team. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, with a deep understanding of private banking modules, SWIFT messaging, and STP processes. This position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with experience in Agile environments.

Ansvarsområden

Provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team for T24 platforms.
Translate business requirements into high-quality Application Design and technical/functional solution documents.
Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules.
Work with Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutions.
Ensure completeness of business requirements and propose best-in-class solutions.

Krav

Minimum 10 years of development experience in T24 platforms.
Deep understanding of private banking modules like SC, DX, SY, Corporate actions and accounting/reporting modules.
Implementation experience of SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows.
Latest T24 release R19+ and exposure to T24 Upgrade processes.
T24 performance optimization and T24 data Archiving.
Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24, Linux scripts.
Experience in T24 Upgrades and data migration best practices.
Experience working in Agile environment.
Hands on development experience.

Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.
