We are looking for a full-time Process Specialist under education for a temporary 1-year position in Łódź. This role involves learning and executing banking processes, handling daily operational tasks, and collaborating with colleagues, with a focus on improving efficiency and customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

Learning and executing banking processes in line with established procedures and quality standards
Handling daily operational tasks within agreed timelines and quality requirements
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across Nordea, especially with Finnish partners
Identifying and proposing improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk and cost
Building knowledge and expertise within your area of responsibility

Krav

Fast learner
Ability to plan daily work and execute tasks with high quality
Improvement oriented
Understanding of teamwork and great collaboration
English (spoken & written) on a good communicative level (at least B1)
Solution-oriented mindset
Great eye for detail
Computer literacy including MS Office Tools

Önskade kvalifikationer

Worked with some Finnish applications before
Familiarity with CMS
Good Excel skills
