As a Senior Business Specialist in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will coordinate with stakeholders, guide business transformation processes to resolve bottlenecks, and create user stories, epics, and features. You will also develop comprehensive business requirement documents, leveraging your strong analytical skills and understanding of Agile methodologies.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or regulatory-driven environments.
Strong understanding and experience in technology for Corporate Bank products and services including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think abstractly and conceptualize complex process flows and/or requirements.
Demonstrated ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment.
Experience with creative and strategic thinking along with quick decision making.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
