Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or regulatory-driven environments.
- Strong understanding and experience in technology for Corporate Bank products and services including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think abstractly and conceptualize complex process flows and/or requirements.
- Demonstrated ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment.
- Experience with creative and strategic thinking along with quick decision making.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or regulatory-driven environments.
