Emerson is looking for a Senior Business Process Specialist in Estado de Mexico, Mexico. This role involves managing part creation, pricing activities, archiving, and CRM support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar industrial role.

Ansvarsområden

  • Initiate part number creation and extension forms, loading details into Oracle.
  • Provide technical product descriptions and create part numbers in cooperation with relevant teams.
  • Track implementation metrics using Excel and dashboards.
  • Pull detailed reports from Oracle and Excel for pricing analysis.
  • Implement prices on products using pricing models.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop pricing on quote and order components.
  • Facilitate archiving of documents and RFQs in the electronic database (OCM).
  • Register and assign RFQs and support requests from customers in CRM.
  • Maintain an updated CRM database with new customers and contacts.
  • Manage lead time support requests, educating customers and providing requested information.
  • Support maintenance of Power BI dashboards and daily reports for other teams.
  • Act as a tester for business process implementation or improvements.
  • Prioritize business needs based on urgent inquiries to ensure timely addressing of requests.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the industrial space.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
