WeQuel is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Stream Lead to spearhead a major HR transformation project. This role involves leading IT delivery, migration, testing, and go-live activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. The position is based on-site in multiple Swedish locations.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead and coordinate the IT Delivery & Migration stream.
- Manage integrations, testing, data migration, and system implementations.
- Drive cutover, go-live, and transition to support.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, global teams, vendors, and project streams.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Ensure traceability of requirements, testing, and delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Perform Business Analyst assignments, including investigations, requirements analysis, business process analysis, and strategic improvement initiatives.
Krav
- 5+ years in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead, or System Analyst.
- Experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating integrations and migrations.
- Strong experience in test management and delivery coordination.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Proficiency in IT Delivery & Program Coordination.
- Skills in Business Analysis & Requirements Management.
- Expertise in Integration Management.
- Experience with Test Management (SIT, UAT, Integration Testing).
- Knowledge of Data Migration & Data Quality.
- Experience in Cutover & Go-Live Planning.
- Strong capabilities in Risk & Stakeholder Management.
- Experience with Vendor & Supplier Coordination.
- Strong leadership and ownership mindset.
- Structured and self-driven.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with attention to detail.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable in complex environments with multiple parallel initiatives.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro, or similar HR platforms.
- HR or ERP transformation programs.
- Payroll systems and payroll parallel testing.
- Cutover and go-live management.
- Supplier and vendor management.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum, ISTQB).
