We are looking for a Senior Associate – Catalog, RBS in Bangalore, India, to perform catalog-related tasks with minimal direction. The role involves end-to-end process management, meeting SLAs, and supporting process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required, with preferred experience in catalog, data, or operations and advanced MS Excel proficiency.

Ansvarsområden

Handle end-to-end processes and related tools to achieve business goals.
Manage daily task volumes and ensure SLAs are met per quality standards.
Maintain records of daily work by updating trackers.
Support and implement improvement ideas to increase process efficiency.
Monitor individual KPIs, create reports, and address deviations.
Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Train and mentor other Associates.
Flag process updates received from stakeholders to the Manager.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to structure emails and updates backed by data.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Relevant experience in catalog, data, or operations processes.
Ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, deduplication, formulas, PivotTables, filters, conditional formatting, charts).
Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and the 7 QC quality tools.
