Ansvarsområden

  • Assist sellers and vendors with Amazon tools for catalog creation and product listing.
  • Guide sellers through onboarding formalities and train them on internal tools.
  • Handle cases related to inbounding, product issues, and customer complaints.
  • Provide sellers with necessary inputs to manage customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation and product imaging.
  • Review catalog content quality based on guidelines and coordinate fixes.
  • Document processes and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Onboard new processes as per business needs.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Knowledge of SQL
