Provide sellers with necessary inputs to manage customer feedback.
Coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation and product imaging.
Review catalog content quality based on guidelines and coordinate fixes.
Document processes and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Handle daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Onboard new processes as per business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Knowledge of SQL
