The Senior Analyst will support treasury and finance operations for UK Insurance clients, handling suspense account investigations, reconciliations, transaction processing, and month-end controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP.

Ansvarsområden

Perform daily investigation and resolution of suspense account transactions.
Conduct periodic review and analysis of outstanding balances.
Execute daily and monthly reconciliation activities.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
Maintain supporting documentation for reconciliations.
Process treasury-related transactions.
Upload and validate financial journals within ERP systems.
Review transaction logs and identify exceptions.
Support payment-related activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records for audits.
Investigate and resolve finance and treasury-related queries.
Liaise with operational teams to address exceptions.
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
Participate in transformation, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
Contribute to updating process documentation and standard operating procedures.
