This role supports accurate billing and invoicing activities, ensuring customer accounts are maintained and payments are reconciled. Responsibilities include processing transactions, generating reports, and resolving billing inquiries, while adhering to company standards and participating in training.

Process billing transactions using CRM and cloud-based billing platforms.
Update customer accounts and post payments in billing and accounting systems.
Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Generate billing activity reports using data analytics tools.
Respond to billing-related queries and provide technical solutions.
Participate in projects and complete billing/month-end accounting activities.
Maintain awareness of policy changes and support implementation of updates.
Engage in job-related training for billing systems and best practices.

Krav

Basic Understanding of Billing and Invoicing Processes in CRM and Cloud-Based Environments.
Familiarity with Accounting Principles and Month-End Reconciliation Activities.
Fundamental Knowledge of Data Analytics Tools for Generating Billing Reports.
Good Communication Skills to Address Routine Technical Queries.
Experience in Adhering to Company Policies and Compliance Standards in Billing Operations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional: Certification in Billing and Invoicing (e.g., Certified Billing and Coding Specialist – CBCS) is valuable.
Optional: Training or certification in basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is beneficial.
