The Sr Administrator for Support & Operations is responsible for advanced technical support and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN (Cisco), and SDWAN solutions. This role ensures customer satisfaction through effective incident resolution and robust security measures, requiring a proactive approach to managing complex technical issues.

Ansvarsområden

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for SDWAN and Wireless WLAN technologies, ensuring timely resolution and quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for escalated incidents and implement effective solutions to enhance system reliability.
Update and maintain the knowledge base and train new staff to foster continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within SLAs, ensuring seamless operations and strong security.
Enhance customer experience and Csat by achieving first call resolution and minimizing re-open cases.
Actively identify and address potential security threats.

Krav

Solid proficiency in SDWAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) technologies.
In-depth understanding of network troubleshooting and incident management.
Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Familiarity with knowledge management practices and training methodologies.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching or Wireless, and ITIL Foundation Certification.
