The Sr. Administrator for Support & Operations will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, Cisco Wireless WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, incident resolution, and security measures, requiring a proactive approach to complex technical issues.

Ansvarsområden

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for SD-WAN and Wireless WLAN technologies.
Conduct root cause analysis for escalated incidents and implement solutions.
Update and maintain the knowledge base and train new staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within SLAs.
Enhance customer experience by achieving first call resolution and minimizing re-opened cases.
Identify and address potential security threats.

Krav

Solid proficiency in SD-WAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) technologies.
In-depth understanding of network troubleshooting and incident management.
Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Familiarity with knowledge management practices and training methodologies.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching or Wireless, and ITIL Foundation Certification.
