Ansvarsområden

Provide advanced technical support for SAP BASIS and SAP HANA environments adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Resolve complex incidents escalated by analysts through root cause analysis and effective solution implementation.
Facilitate knowledge transfer by updating the knowledge base and training new team members.
Manage and resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional support teams.
Enhance customer experience by achieving high First Call Resolution rates and minimizing case reopenings.

Krav

Architecting and defining complex technical SAP solutions across multiple industry sectors, including integration with other applications.
Experience in SAP-enabled business transformation program lifecycles, with at least 3 years in a solution architect or senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of SAP solution suite and technical architecture, with the ability to translate business challenges.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable presentation and client-facing influencing skills up to C-suite levels.
Assertive and articulate with the ability to develop and sustain senior client relationships.
Understanding of SAP’s product strategy, including S/4 HANA, enabling tools, and complementary technologies, especially integration to other applications.
Good knowledge of GCP, AWS, and Azure public cloud offerings and architecting.

SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP HANA 2.0 (Optional but valuable).
ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
