Provide advanced technical support for SAP BASIS and SAP HANA environments, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Resolve complex incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
Facilitate knowledge transfer by updating the knowledge base and training new team members.
Manage and resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional support teams.
Enhance customer experience through high first call resolution rates and proactive mitigation of security threats.

Krav

Architecting and defining complex and technical SAP solutions across multiple industry sectors.
Experience in SAP enabled business transformation program lifecycles, with at least 3 in a solution architect or senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of SAP solution suite and technical architecture.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable presentation and client-facing influencing skills.
Understanding of SAP’s product strategy, including S/4 HANA and integration with other applications.
Good knowledge of GCP, AWS and Azure public cloud offerings and architecting.
