Manage complex tickets, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring resolutions are delivered within agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams for seamless operations and to enhance the organization's security posture.
Facilitate knowledge management by updating the knowledge base, developing training materials, and mentoring junior analysts.
Enhance customer experience by achieving first call resolution metrics and minimizing rejected resolutions.

Krav

Proficient in SailPoint IIQ and Java development with advanced troubleshooting skills.
In-depth understanding of security protocols and incident management processes.
Solid familiarity with Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: SailPoint IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer, Java SE 11 Developer Certification.
