Ansvarsområden

  • Provide advanced technical support using Kubernetes and Ansible for complex incidents and security issues.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on escalated tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead knowledge management initiatives, update the knowledge base, and train junior analysts.
  • Resolve complex support tickets within SLAs, maintaining operational flow and security posture.
  • Enhance customer experience and Csat metrics by achieving high first call resolution and minimizing case reopens.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and Containers for managing containerized applications.
  • Strong experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  • In-depth understanding of Redhat Linux and Redhat Clustering technologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services and deployment methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Ansible Automation Certification.
