- Provide advanced technical support using Kubernetes and Ansible for complex incidents and security issues.
- Conduct root cause analyses on escalated tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead knowledge management initiatives, update the knowledge base, and train junior analysts.
- Resolve complex support tickets within SLAs, maintaining operational flow and security posture.
- Enhance customer experience and Csat metrics by achieving high first call resolution and minimizing case reopens.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Containers for managing containerized applications.
- Strong experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- In-depth understanding of Redhat Linux and Redhat Clustering technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services and deployment methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Optional but valuable certifications: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Ansible Automation Certification.
