The Sr. Project Executive Administrator ensures high-quality technical support and operational efficiency by troubleshooting incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing solutions. This role leverages expertise in project execution and support operations to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain the organization's security posture and operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

Implement company policies in all support operations and project execution tasks to adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
Update and manage the knowledge base, train new team members, and coach analysts.
Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Enhance customer experience and achieve high CSAT scores by ensuring first call resolution, minimizing rejected resolutions, reducing case reopenings, and proactively mitigating security threats.

Krav

Advanced proficiency in Project Execution and Support Operations.
Strong knowledge of Incident Management and Troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Familiarity with Knowledge Management practices and Training methodologies.
Proficiency in Security Protocols and Policies relevant to Support Operations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: ITIL Foundation, PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent Project Management certifications.
