The Sr. Project Executive Administrator ensures high-quality technical support and operational efficiency. This role involves troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain the organization’s security posture.

Ansvarsområden

Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements by implementing company policies in all support operations and project execution tasks.
Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents escalated by analysts by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions to resolve technical and security issues.
Engage in value-adding activities such as updating and managing the knowledge base, training new team members, and coaching analysts to enhance overall team performance.
Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional support teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a strong security posture.
Enhance customer experience and achieve high CSAT scores by ensuring first call resolution, minimizing rejected resolutions, reducing case reopenings, and proactively mitigating security threats.

Krav

Advanced proficiency in Project Execution and Support Operations.
Strong knowledge of Incident Management and Troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Knowledge Management practices and Training methodologies.
Proficiency in Security Protocols and Policies relevant to Support Operations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Optional but valuable certifications: ITIL Foundation, PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent Project Management certifications.
