Resolve complex incidents escalated by analysts by performing thorough root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions for technical and security issues.
Contribute to knowledge management by updating the knowledge base, training new team members, and coaching analysts on MS Windows 2000 best practices.
Address and resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Foster a positive customer experience by achieving first call resolution and minimizing issues.

Krav

Advanced proficiency in MS Windows 2000 administration.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience in incident management and resolution.
Familiarity with knowledge management practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
