  • Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs, ensuring seamless operations and upholding a strong security posture.
  • Conduct knowledge base updates and management initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency while mentoring and training new analysts.
  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, ensuring that all technical solutions meet compliance and security mandates.
  • Enhance customer experience and CSAT by achieving first call resolution rates, minimizing rejected resolutions and reopen cases, and proactively mitigating security threats.

Krav

  • In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM/SMS for client lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Directory Services and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
