- Enhance customer experience and CSAT by achieving first call resolution rates, minimizing rejected resolutions and reopen cases, and proactively mitigating security threats.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM/SMS for client lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Directory Services and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
